<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-loss directional array antenna apparatus that can be applied to a short wavelength and that can adjust the directivity to a desired direction. <P>SOLUTION: A directional array antenna apparatus has: a plurality of radial line slot antenna (RLSA) modules 2 arranged in at least one row; and a power feeding circuit 4 that feeds power to each of the RLSA modules. Power feeding is performed so that phases of the RLSA modules juxtaposed between the respective rows become the same and that each phase difference between the RLSA modules aligned in a row direction becomes constant. Since each phase difference between the RLSA modules aligned in the row direction becomes constant, control can be performed so as to provide a desired directivity by interference of radiation from each RLSA module. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
