<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a housing provided with a support part having high strength without a significant cost increase and a manufacturing process increase. <P>SOLUTION: The housing comprises a thin plate 2 and a case 1 covering at least a side part of the thin plate 2. A part of an end part of the thin plate 2 is folded in the thin plate 2 so as to partly overlap. A folded part is provided with a hole penetrating the part and a support part 4 for supporting an external mounting body.
