<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a fine powder filling apparatus and a fine powder filling tool, capable of fundamentally preventing fine powder from flying off. <P>SOLUTION: The fine powder filling apparatus is configured to fill the fine powder to a container (10) having at least at the bottom a sheet allowing air to pass but does not allow the fine powder to pass, and an opening in the upper part to receive the fine powder. The fine powder filling apparatus includes a holding member (20) having a through-hole through which the bottom of the container (10) can be inserted to hold the container (10) by inserting the bottom of the container (10) into the through-hole, a discharge port (30) to supply the fine powder to the container (10), and a suction passage (40) to suck air in the container (10) from the bottom of the container (10). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
