<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce work steps and improve efficiency of work. <P>SOLUTION: A material M to be punched out that is punched out by a blade die 4 is configured to allow a film M1 and a release sheet M3 to be releasably attached to on and beneath of an intermediate layer M2 composed of a double-sided adhesive tape. The blade die 4 is replaceably mounted on a moving board 5 arranged above a fixed board 3 and punches out the material M to be punches out placed on the fixed board 3 by vertically moving the moving board 5. In the blade die 4, a part of an endless cutting blade 20 that matches a shape to be punches out is made to protrude outward, and at a boundary between itself and the protrusion 22 of the cutting blade 20 a pressing part 24 having a tip end 24A formed into a curved surface with a circular arch cross section is formed.
