<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operatability in field work by enabling turning such as steep turns and gentle turns without changing a conventional turning operation method in a combine harvester using an electric motor as a driving source. <P>SOLUTION: The combine harvester is configured such that right and left brakes (6R, 6L) for driving right and left crawler traveling devices (3R, 3L) by means of right and left variable-speed electric motors (5R, 5L) respectively and for braking the crawler traveling devices (3R, 3L) are arranged; the rotational speed of the electric motor (5R or 5L) at the side at which a steering lever (21) is inclined according to right and left inclination angles of the steering lever (21) erected in a driver's seat is reduced; and when the inclination angle of the steering lever (21) reaches a preset angle, the brake (6R or 6L) is operated so as to stop the rotation of the crawler traveling device (3R or 3L) at the inclined side. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
