MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR UNIDIRECTIONALLY ELASTIC LAMINATED NON-WOVEN FABRIC

[Problem] To provide a method for manufacturing a unidirectionally elastic laminated non-woven fabric having a uniform external appearance. [Solution] An elastic net exhibiting no elasticity in the machine direction and elasticity in the cross direction is prepared. The elastic net comprises non-elastic vertical filaments and elastic horizontal filaments arranged in a lattice pattern. A laminated sheet (see fig. 3) is obtained by laminating a continuous fiber web formed by arranging drawn polyester continuous fibers in the machine direction on one surface of the elastic net. A discontinuous fiber web is laminated onto both surfaces of the laminated sheet, said discontinuous fiber web formed by cotton fibers and polyester discontinuous fibers that are mixed, opened and integrated. A unidirectionally elastic laminated non-woven fabric is obtained by applying a high pressure fluid flow from the discontinuous fiber web side and entangling the cotton fibers with the polyester discontinuous fibers, and entangling the cotton fibers and the polyester discontinuous fibers with the elastic net.
