PURPOSE: A superheated steam generator is provided to increase superheated steam generation and energy efficiency because saturated steam flowing into a housing is smoothly heated. CONSTITUTION: A superheated steam generator comprises a housing(10), a first cover member(13), a second cover member(14), electric heaters(30), a electric terminal case(80), and a thermal layer cover(61). The housing has flanges(11,12) in both opened ends respectively. The housing forms an inlet(16) and an outlet(17), communicating with an internal heating chamber(15), in both exterior sides. The first cover member and the second cover member are respectively coupled to both flanges in the housing and close both ends of the housing. The electric heaters are installed to be penetrated the first cover member and entered to the inside of the heating chamber of the housing. The electric terminal case is arranged in the exterior of the housing and accommodates an electric terminal plate(70) connecting to multiple electric heaters. The thermal layer cover covers the exterior of a thermal layer(60) covering the exterior of the housing. |
