<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acoustic apparatus that reduces a listener's discomfort caused by a phase difference due to a disturbance, an individual difference or the like. <P>SOLUTION: A crosstalk canceling section 200 cancels crosstalk by driving speakers 50, 55 such that a right ear signal reaches only a listener's right ear and a left ear signal reaches only the listener's left ear.
