摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk device capable of reducing errors of jitter. <P>SOLUTION: An optical disk device 200 is an optical disk device for recording information by irradiating an optical disk 1 with recording pulse light to form marks and spaces, and comprises: reproducing means 30 and 40; classifying means 80; measuring means 90; and recording pulse adjusting means 110, 120 and 140. The reproducing means reproduces information recorded in the optical disk to generate a reproducing pulse signal. The classifying means classifies a plurality of marks or spaces included in the reproducing pulse signal at a clock period as a reference unit. The jitter measuring means measures jitter or deviation of the presence distribution concerning each classified mark or space. The recording pulse adjusting means adjusts the recording pulse concerning a first classification so as to reduce the overlap between the presence distribution of the first and a second classifications and the presence distribution of a third classification, while increasing the overlap between the presence distribution of the first classification and the presence distribution of the second classification. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
