<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell stack device, a fuel cell module and a fuel cell device capable of efficiently obtaining fuel gas by reforming. <P>SOLUTION: A cell stack device 1 of the present invention comprises: a cell stack 3 which is formed by electrically connecting a plurality of fuel cells 2 arranged to stand in line, and which is configured to burn fuel gas on one end side of the fuel cells 2; and a reformer 7 arranged on the one end side of the cell stack 3 while being spaced apart from the cell stack 3. The reformer 7 comprises: a vaporizing chamber 8 for vaporizing raw fuel into raw fuel gas; a first reforming chamber 9 which makes the raw fuel gas supplied from the vaporizing chamber 8 to flow to the other side of the reformer 7 while bringing the raw fuel gas into contact with a reforming catalyst to reform the raw fuel gas into fuel gas; and a heating chamber 10 which is arranged to be in contact with the undersides of the vaporizing chamber 8 and the first reforming chamber 9, and which makes the fuel gas supplied from the first reforming chamber 9 to flow from the other side to one side.
