<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce sorting loads on a chaff sheave and to improve the sorting capability by roughly sorting threshed products falling onto a transfer shelf by the time of delivery to the chaff sheave. <P>SOLUTION: The sorting device includes the transfer shelf (9) for receiving the products leaking from a receiving net (5) of a treatment chamber (3), swinging and transferring the products rearward, and delivering the products to a starting end of the following chaff sheave (10). At the terminal end of the transfer shelf (9), the sorting device also includes a number of comb-teeth-shaped sieve projections (15) arrayed at prescribed intervals in the lateral direction within a wind sorting pathway (A). Each sieve projection (15) is formed in such a shape that the proximal end side is wide, becoming narrower toward the distal end side.
