<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a more multifunctional non-single-crystal transistor integrated circuit. <P>SOLUTION: The non-single-crystal transistor integrated circuit comprises: a first polymer film 11; a common electrode 12 provided on the polymer film 11; a dielectric 13 provided on the common electrode 12; a second polymer film 14 provided on the dielectric 13; a pressure sensor 15 which is provided on the second polymer film 14 and reads out the amount of change in thickness of the dielectric 13 as a change of capacity when pressure is applied; and a non-single-crystal transistor 16 which is provided on the second polymer film 14 and is for reading out the pressure sensor 15. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
