<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical appliance washing method capable of efficiently washing a detail part of a medical appliance and to provide a medical appliance washing device. <P>SOLUTION: The medical appliance washing method includes steps of: contacting an ozone gas to a medical appliance; washing the medical appliance with washing liquid as a liquid washing step; storing the washing liquid used in the liquid washing step; and washing the medical appliance by recycling the washing liquid, which is stored in the water storing step, in the liquid washing step.
