<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ground-meat and/or ground-fish-coated food without impairing the original texture, flavor or smell of an ingredient even if the lump-shaped ingredient is wrapped in ground-meat dough. <P>SOLUTION: Core food materials such as vegetables or fruits are coated with a semi-solid food material such as cheese or mayonnaise, and after that, the core food materials are further wrapped in the dough containing ground meat as the main raw material. With this structure, the taste or smell of the ground meat is not transferred to the ingredient which makes the core food materials and the moisture of the vegetables is not transferred, either.
