COMMUNICATION SYSTEM, AND COMMUNICATION CONTROL METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the quality deterioration of an access network made redundant.

SOLUTION: A communication system 100 has an L2SW(Layer-2 Switch) 12 and an L2SW 13 that provide a redundancy access network 22 to a user. The L2SW 12 executes a step of receiving a frame from the redundancy access network 22, and a step of transmitting the frame to a carrier network 20 after setting a VLAN-ID that is preliminarily allocated to the redundancy access network 22 to the received frame. The L2SW 13 executes a step of receiving the frame to which the VLAN-ID is set from the carrier network 20, and a step of prohibiting transmission of the frame to the redundancy access network 22 when the VLAN-ID of the received frame is coincident with the VLAN-ID that is preliminarily allocated to the redundancy access network 22.
