摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method suitable for achieving a fine line electrode of high aspect ratio on the light receiving surface of a solar cell, and to provide a material for use therein. <P>SOLUTION: The paste material for forming a linear electrode on the light receiving surface of a solar cell contains conductive powder and an organic vehicle component which disperses the conductive powder. The viscosity is 200-400 Pa s when the rotational speed is 20 rpm, and the viscosity ratio &eta;<SB POS="POST">5</SB>/&eta;<SB POS="POST">50</SB>of the viscosity &eta;<SB POS="POST">5</SB>when the rotational speed is 5 rpm and the viscosity &eta;<SB POS="POST">50</SB>when the rotational speed is 50 rpm falls in the range of 5.5-7.5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
