<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell panel attachment device which allows a solar cell panel to be transported easily to the attachment position of a frame even when a distance between the adjacent frames is small or the road condition is bad, and to provide a method for attaching the solar cell panel. <P>SOLUTION: A solar cell panel attachment device includes: a top plate on which a solar cell panel is placed; a slide device provided at the top plate; and engaging parts provided on both ends of the top plate at a distance, which is smaller than the distance between insertion holes of the solar cell panel, from each other. When casters are used for the slide device, for example, a first caster and a second caster are installed so that a rotation axis of the first caster is arranged so as to be perpendicular to a rotation axis of the second caster and the first caster and the second caster respectively contact with an attachment surface of an attachment bar and a supporting surface of the attachment bar. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
