<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a solar cell having a high conversion efficiency in which an electrode to be formed has a high aspect ratio, a large cross-sectional area and a low resistance, while reducing the manufacturing cost by decreasing the number of times of printing when compared with conventional multilayer printing. <P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing a solar cell includes a step for obtaining a collector electrode by printing conductive paste directly above a part or all of a base electrode formed on a semiconductor substrate by using a screen plate-making process, and then by forming an upper layer electrode on the base electrode by lamination. In the screen plate-making process, a mask layer consisting of a cured production of a photosensitive emulsion is formed on a screen to have an opening corresponding to the shape of the upper layer electrode, and the thickness between the lower surface of the screen and the lower surface of the mask layer is set larger than the height of the base electrode. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
