<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid supply device in which the temperature of ink is adjusted according to the environment of the outside of the device so that dew condensation in a head and the periphery of the head is prevented, and to provide a liquid discharge device and a dew condensation prevention processing method. <P>SOLUTION: The liquid supply device includes: a supply flow path (202) supplying the ink to the head (100); an ink temperature adjusting unit (278) adjusting the temperature of liquid supplied to the head to a predetermined temperature adjustment range; a detector (90) detecting the temperature and humidity around places where the head and the supply path are installed; and dew condensation preventive measures for preventing the dew condensation by making liquid temperature the derived dew-point temperature or higher. The dew-point temperature is derived based on the detected temperature and humidity, the temperature on the temperature adjustment by the ink temperature adjusting unit is set, and the derived dew-point temperature is compared with a dew condensation preventive measure operation temperature for stopping temperature adjustment processing.
