<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate sufficient torque when a motor rotates and to suppress occurrence of vibration and noise in the thin motor. <P>SOLUTION: The motor includes: a base portion 21; a stator 221 arranged above the base portion; a rotor hub 31 having a lid 311 positioned above the stator and a side wall portion 312 extending downward from an outer edge of the lid; a rotor magnet 32 positioned on an outer side in a radial direction of the stator and fixed to an inner peripheral face of the side wall portion of the rotor hub; and a bearing mechanism which rotatably supports the rotor hub and the rotor magnet to the base portion and the stator. Height of the rotor magnet is 2 mm or higher and 3 mm or lower, and the height of the stator core of the stator is 50% or more and 75% or less of the height of the rotor magnet, and a torque constant of the torque occurring between the stator and the rotor magnet is 3 mNm/A or more and 5 mNm/A or less in the axial direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
