<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a coil to be combined with a core in an electromagnetic machine such as a low voltage high current transformer used for a high temperature resistance electric furnace. <P>SOLUTION: One turn of winding is formed by cutting a slit 5 in a planar punched copper sheet, and connected rigidly to the copper sheet of second turn, formed similarly in a planar punched copper sheet while shifting the cut position of the slit 5, via a connection piece 1 of copper material at a part of the copper plate. The copper plate of third turn is also connected while shifting the cut position similarly. The connection is repeated and a winding unit of n turn is manufactured. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
