<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitoring processing system, a monitoring processing method and a monitoring processing program for efficiently notifying an appropriate person in charge of failure occurred in a monitoring object system. <P>SOLUTION: A control unit 21 of an integrated monitoring system 20 acquires a monitoring object message from a monitoring object system 10. In this case, the control unit 21 identifies a machine ID and a message ID of the monitoring object message, and acquires pattern management information. Then, the control unit 21 creates a patterned message by using the pattern management information. Next, the control unit 21 creates a notification destination determining code by using the patterned message, and registers notification destination determining information.
