<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suction device for a vacuum cleaner which is improved in cleaning work efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: The suction device for a vacuum cleaner includes: a nearly cylindrical suction device body 1 having a connection pipe 3 for performing connection with the vacuum cleaner; and a rotary member 19 turnably disposed in the outer circumference of the suction device body 1, and having a large number of openings. The suction device body 1 is formed with a suction port 15 in a lower part of the outer circumference. Ribs are formed to be extended as recessed and projecting parts in the back-and-forth direction of the suction device body 1 near the suction port 15 positioned at nearly central part of a suction device body 1, the suction of a cleaned face in the suction port 15 is prevented. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
