Provided is an air-conditioning device with improved safety and high efficiency, with which a medium, the energy of which has been converted in a heating medium other than a cooling medium, is again connected to another refrigeration cycle. With the air-conditioning device (100) heat is exchanged between a first cooling medium (a heat-source-side cooling medium) and a first heating medium in a first inter-heating-medium heat exchanger (15), and heat is exchanged between the first heating medium and a second cooling medium (a hot water supply-side cooling medium) in a second inter-heating-medium heat exchanger (15c), thus preventing the mixing of the first cooling medium and the second cooling medium.
