摘要 <p>A synchronous boost converter circuit for restricting switching voltage in a shutdown state of a power IC for driving an AMOLED of the present invention comprises: a power source (410) for generating an input voltage (Vin); an inductor (420) which is connected to the power source (410) to generate an inductor current (IL); switching transistors which include power switching elements connected to a switching node (N1) for receiving the inductor current (IL) first and transfer switching elements connected between the switching node (N1) and an output node (N2) to transfer the inductor current (IL) received from the switching node (N1) to the output node (N2); a boosting control unit (435) for restricting a sudden rise of a switching voltage (Vsw) applied to the switching node (N1) in a shutdown state of an integrated circuit (IC); a first gate driver (431) for controlling gate voltages of the power switching elements; a second gate driver (432) for controlling gate voltages of the transfer switching elements; and a control circuit unit (433) which applies control signals to the first gate driver (431) and the second gate driver (432) in the shutdown state of the IC to enable the boosting control unit (435) to restrict the sudden rise of the switching voltage (Vsw).</p>
