<p>#CMT# #/CMT# The plant (1) has a displacement body (4) fillable with liquid medium i.e. water, and a filling device (7) arranged at a level higher than a level of an emptying device (9) in a direction of gravitational force. The displacement body is movable back and froth between the filling device and the emptying device through a chamber (3) filled with fluid i.e. water, when combination force acts on the displacement body, where the combination force is produced by combination of lift force and weight force.
