PURPOSE: A finishing board for the integrated construction of an outer wall is provided to securely and stably couple the finishing board to a concrete wall by forming hanging protrusions on the finishing board. CONSTITUTION: A finishing board(10) for the integrated construction of an outer wall comprises hanging protrusions(12,12') and filling grooves(11). The hanging protrusions are formed on the rear surface of the finishing board toward a wall in various shapes. The filling grooves are formed on the rear surface of the finishing board and are filled with concrete to improve coherence between the concrete and the finishing board.
