[Solution] Provided are a biosignal analysis device characterized in being provided with a first means for selecting measured biosignal values for measurement sites in a designated region from a set of measured biosignals obtained from a subject, a second means for determining the body surface distribution pattern of the measured values from said selected measured biosignal values, and a third means for comparing said determined biosignal distribution pattern with a biosignal distribution pattern for healthy people obtained in advance using statistics and estimating the subject's state of health from the interrelationship thereof; a biosignal analysis method; an in vivo diagnosis assistance device; and an in vivo diagnosis assistance method. [Effects] Using the devices and methods, (1) the body surface distribution pattern of the measured values can be determined from the measured biosignal values, (2) the determined biosignal distribution pattern can be compared with the biosignal distribution pattern of healthy people obtained in advance using statistics, and (3) the subject's state of health can be estimated from information on the comparison of the biosignal distribution patterns.
