<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light source device excellent in heat radiation. <P>SOLUTION: The light source device 1 is provided with a mounting board 2 having a plate-shaped first metal layer 23 mounted on its upper surface and composed of a metal material and at least one light emitting device 4 which is mounted on an upper face side of the mounting board 2 so as to contact the first metal layer 23 and has a light emitting element. The first metal layer 23 has a patterning in a prescribed shape and is composed of a circuit pattern 231 connected electrically to the light emitting device 4 and a heat radiating pattern 232 having a function to radiate heat generated by the light emitting device 4. Further, the mounting board 2 is provided with a plenty of second heat transfer parts 25b which penetrate in the thickness direction and has a function to transfer the heat generated by the light emitting device 4 to a lower face side of the mounting board 2 at parts where the heat radiating pattern 232 does not overlap in a plan view with the light emitting device 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
