PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video image presentation device, enabling a user easily to grasp the relationship of correspondence between a video image and a voice.

SOLUTION: The video image presentation device sets a virtual sound source position of the video image in a position in which a screen display unit displays the video image in a screen, or on a straight line in the vertical direction of the position or in the vicinity of the straight line, or on a straight line in the horizontal direction of the position or in the vicinity of the straight line. The video image presentation device allows a voice reproduction unit to output a voice signal likely reproducing in an auditory or an audiovisual sense a state that the voice is generated from the vertical sound source. The voice reproduction unit converts voice information into monaural signals.
