UPFLOW TYPE REACTION TANK, WATER TREATMENT METHOD USING THE REACTION TANK, AND WATER TREATMENT APPARATUS EQUIPPED WITH THE REACTION TANK

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reaction tank in which an acid component is locally accumulated by high-concentration and the deterioration of local pH can be controlled in an upflow type anaerobic treatment, and which can thereby prevent the throughput of the reaction tank from declining; to provide a water treatment method using the reaction tank; and to provide a treatment apparatus equipped with the reaction tank.

SOLUTION: The upflow type reaction tank includes an internal space in which water to be treated containing an organic matter is contacted with anaerobic bacteria and is treated, and is configured such that the water to be treated is supplied to the lower end part of the internal space, and the water to be treated is discharged from the upper end part of the internal space. In addition, the internal space has tilted plates which are prepared so as to cross with the direction in which a gas component generated when the organic matter is decomposed by the anaerobic bacteria to be bubbles to go up.
