<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve cooling efficiency of a heat receiver when an area, at which a heat receiver of a liquid cooled unit is provided, is limited. <P>SOLUTION: A heat receiver absorbs heat emitted by an electronic component with a coolant flowing inside the heat receiver. The heat receiver includes: a first heat receiving part contacting with the electronic component, a second heat receiving part contacting with the electronic component, a first heat radiation part which is located on the side opposite to the electronic component so as to be spaced apart from the first heat receiving part and the second heat receiving part and is also located at a passage between the first heat receiving part and the second heat receiving part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
