HEAT TRANSFER TUBE FOR FIN AND TUBE TYPE HEAT EXCHANGER, FIN AND TUBE TYPE HEAT EXCHANGER USING THE SAME, AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat transfer tube used in a fin and tube type heat exchanger, the fin and tube type heat exchanger using the same, and its manufacturing method, capable of improving heat transfer performance by reducing contact heat resistance between the heat transfer tube and fins.

SOLUTION: This fin and tube type heat exchanger 10 is constituted by forming a coating layer made of an adhesive resin softened or melted by being heated to 100-200°C on an outer surface of the heat transfer tube 14, and fixing them by the adhesive resin while filling clearance gaps between the heat transfer tube 14 and inner faces of assembling holes 16 of the fins 12 made of aluminum or its alloy.
