<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for measuring a locus of a movement of the rotation axis of a rotating body. <P>SOLUTION: A method includes: attaching a rotating body to a main shaft; arranging three sets of emission parts and reception parts in a vertical plane that is perpendicular to the rotation axis of the rotating body, with the emission part and reception part facing each other with a part of the rotating body intervening in between; measuring a light volume of edge light while the rotating body is rotated integrally with the main shaft; acquiring a virtual cross-sectional form that is different from the cross-sectional form of the rotating body on the basis of the light volume of the edge light; and acquiring a locus of a movement of the rotation axis of the rotating body on the basis of the light volume of the edge light and the virtual cross-sectional form. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
