<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molten resin charging device hardly deteriorating the quality of a molten resin material. <P>SOLUTION: The molten resin charging device includes a vertical cylinder 3 having a shaft core X arranged in the vertical direction in such a manner as to be capable of containing a resin material A mixed with a fiber, a heater 4 capable of heating and melting the resin material A contained in the vertical cylinder 3, a horizontal cylinder 8 receiving the molten resin material molten in the vertical cylinder 3 through a communication port 14 arranged on the side of the lower end of the vertical cylinder 3, an opening-and-closing member 15 capable of opening and closing the communication port 14 freely, and a plunger 9 capable of extruding the molten resin material contained in the horizontal cylinder 8 toward a mold. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
