摘要 A method for forming an alignment film of a liquid crystal display panel includes the steps of: providing a glass substrate (50), arranging a transparent conductive film on the glass substrate (50), setting the thickness of the alignment film, and determining the number of the sprayed alignment material droplets (44) based on the length and width of the glass substrate (50). A plurality of lines of the alignment material droplets (44) are sprayed on the glass substrate (50) from a plurality of holes (46) in a nozzle (42), and the alignment material droplets (44) on the glass substrate (50) are arranged in an equiangular triangle shape. The instability of diffusion of the alignment material droplets (44) can be reduced by arranging the droplets (44) in the equiangular triangle shape, thus obtaining an optimized coating effect. Finally, the alignment material film formed by the diffusion of the alignment material droplets (44) is processed to form the alignment film.
