The deterrence device has signal transmitters (6,7) to produce acoustic signals used as warning signals for flying animals. The signal transmitters are arranged in wind energy plant (2), such that generated acoustic signals cover the rotor blade region (5). The frequency of generated acoustic signal is the range of 16 Hz to 200 KHz.
