The spacer (1) has tubular inner and outer spacer bodies (10, 20) formed as separate component, where the inner spacer body includes a main body (11). The outer spacer body is arranged on an outer side of the inner spacer body and made of rubber elastic material. The inner spacer body is made of temperature-stable material, and is not broken by high temperature of a heated pipe. The inner spacer body includes metal or metal alloy, so that the temperature withstanding capacity of the inner spacer body is larger than the 300 degree Celsius.
