The diaphragm (1) has glass fiber-epoxy plan films (2), where thickness of films is 0.1 mm, films are glued at an angle of 90 degrees in diaphragm incisions and connected with the diaphragm. The films protrude beyond front and back of the diaphragm. The incisions are distributed in an unbalanced manner on the diaphragm. Multiple coaxial membranes are connected with the films. The diaphragm comprises a voice coil body (3), a voice coil wire (4), a centering (5) and a seam (6).
