The structure has a frame (10) made of polypropylene for fastening the main portion at the wall. The frame is provided with feed-through aperture (12), and sealing element (30) made of ethylene propylene diene rubber is provided with elastic material. The sealing element is provided with tubular extension (31) for sealing against strand-like element and a sealing bead (32). The sealing bead is provided around feed-through aperture, such that sealing element is attached to feed-through aperture of frame. The sealing bead integrated with sealing element is formed.
