<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication system having parental control and monitoring relating to use of a wireless device such as a personal digital assistant (PDA) or a mobile phone. <P>SOLUTION: A method makes it possible to perform remote control of use of a network radio apparatus including incoming communication, outgoing communication, and start up of an application. A control main body such as a parent's mobile phone or a website can select a list of the incoming communication of any permitted time, or select a list of incoming and outgoing communication or an incoming and outgoing calls which are permitted based on a time or date. The incoming communication includes a text message and a telephone call. The control main body also change a route of use of the radio apparatus such as the incoming communication, the outgoing communication, and the start up of the application to the control main body.
