<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical device which performs improved heat management of a high power lamp and a power device. <P>SOLUTION: A high power semiconductor constituent structure comprises a semiconductor device configured to operate in response to an electric signal, and the temperature of the semiconductor device rises during operation in response to the electric signal. A heat sink 19 is disposed in thermal contact with the semiconductor device so that heat from the semiconductor device transmits through a first heat sink. The heat sink has a porous material region consisting of a heat conductive material in the shape of a three-dimensional pore structure at least partially, and the surface of the pore structure brings about a surface area which dissipates heat to the ambient air. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
