<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly-reliable power conversion device by reducing a parasitic inductance. <P>SOLUTION: A power conversion device has: a capacitor module with a DC terminal; an inverter that converts a DC current into an AC current; and a radiation fin that cools the inverter. The inverter has a power module with a plurality of power semiconductor elements. The power module has a metal base, an insulation substrate provided on one surface of the metal base, a power semiconductor element fixed to the insulation substrate, and a DC terminal. The radiation fin is provided on the other surface of the metal base. The DC terminal of the power module and the DC terminal of the capacitor module are respectively configured by laminating plate conductors via insulation objects. Tips of positive and negative DC terminals are bent in directions opposite to each other respectively. The bent surface is defined as a connection surface between the power module and the capacitor module.
