<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-security authentication personal card capable of substantially protecting authentication data from a fraudulent access of a third party; and to provide a method for preventing the fraudulent access therefor. <P>SOLUTION: An authentication personal card in accordance with one embodiment includes: key data storage means that stores key data for personal authentication, a start address of a storage region of the key data, and the length and check byte of the key data; and dummy data storage means that, when there is a readout command from the outside and the command is determined to be a fraudulent access by data added to the readout command, superposedly store dummy data that is different from the key data in a region storing the key data of the key data storage means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
