<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the detection accuracy of a rotation angle of a suction valve 11. <P>SOLUTION: In a step for manufacturing an electronic throttle 1, a signal processing circuit 22a calculates correction value functions α, β and a gain correction value G for correcting a detection signal of a magnetic detection element 31, and stores the calculated correction value functions α, β, and the gain correction value G in a memory. When receiving a command from an electronic control device 40, the signal processing circuit 22a corrects the detection signal of the magnetic detection element 31 by using the correction value functions α, β, and the gain correction value G which are stored in the memory, and calculates a detection signal after correction to output to the electronic control device 40. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
