<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable sensor that uses a magnetic sensor and an optical sensor and can alleviate influence of a malfunction when either the magnetic sensor or the optical sensor has made a malfunction. <P>SOLUTION: The magneto optical sensor includes a magnetic sensor circuit 100 that supplies a magnetic signal according to a change of a magnetic field, an optical sensor circuit 200 that supplies an optical signal according to a light volume from a light emitting diode 21 based on passage of a detection object, and an arithmetic operation circuit 30 for mutually and arithmetically operating the magnetic signal and the optical signal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
