<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grinding machine which is fixed to a rotating shaft of a grinder or a sander and can efficiently and flat grind, polish, cut and deeply grind a member (object to be ground) such as metal, concrete, resin, stone, and wood. <P>SOLUTION: The grinding machine includes a connecting part 2 fixed to the rotating shaft and a turntable 3 fixed to the connecting part. On a bottom surface of the turntable, a section 1 is provided which substantially equally divides a central angle of rotation of the turntable into even numbers. In a first section 1, a plurality of protruding parts 3a are formed which have substantially the same height on concentric circles about the center of rotation as a center and a plurality of recessed parts 3b are formed between the protruding parts. In other section adjacent to the first section 1, recessed parts are formed at positions corresponding to the concentric circle of the protruding parts of the first section.
