<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection structure that can prevent corrosion of a wire tip portion at which a connection terminal is connected to a conductor exposed portion at a tip side of an electrical wire from which an insulating coating is peeled off, whereby the connection structure is brought with a stable electrical characteristic. <P>SOLUTION: A connection structure 1 comprises an electrical wire 40 having a conductor coating portion 44A and a conductor exposed portion 45 from which a conductor 43 is exposed at a tip side, a connection terminal 10 provided with wire connection permitted portions 12, 15 for permitting connection of a wire tip portion 40T constructed by a tip side conductor coating portion 44T at the tip side in the conductor coating portion 44A and the conductor exposed portion 45, and insulating resin 29 for sealing the wire tip portion 40T connected to the wire connection permitted portions 12, 15 and the wire connection permitted portions 12, 15. Insulating resin adhesion enhancing means 31, 32 are formed on at least the tip side conductor coating portion 44T of the wire tip portion 40T so that the tensile strength of the insulating resin 29 to the tip side conductor coating portion 44T is increased to 1.3 MPa or more with respect to the adhesive force with the insulating resin. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
