<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a specimen introduction device for mass spectroscope use which can gasify even thermal unstable components or refractory volatile components at a comparatively low temperature while suppressing decomposition. <P>SOLUTION: The specimen introduction device for mass spectroscope use comprises an ultrasonic sound source part 10, a specimen introduction part 20, a gasification part 30, and a gas supply part 2. The ultrasonic sound sources part 10 comprises a vibrator 11, a vibration transmission part 12 connected to the vibrator, a diaphragm 13 connected to a side opposite to the side to which the vibrator is connected in the vibration transmission part, and a reflector plate 14 provided in parallel facing the diaphragm, and the nodes of a standing-wave acoustic field is provided between the diaphragm 13 and the reflector plate 14. The specimen introduction part 20 introduces a specimen of solution into the nodes of the standing-wave acoustic field between the diaphragm 13 and the reflector plate 14.
