<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tray for keeping a plate-like object in a deflected state which enables the easy and efficient transportation and storage of a plate-like object in a superposed state while preventing a functional portion of the plate-like object from contacting with others and while holding a predetermined gap between the plate-like objects, and which can thus solve a quality-related problem of the plate-like objects resulting from vibration thereof. <P>SOLUTION: The tray includes: a frame 20 that is a base material for supporting the whole body, and has an inside region larger than the plate-like object; and a plate-like object holding section 30 supported by the frame, the holding section holding the plate-like object from the lower side with the plate-like object deflected vertically downward. The frame which is an overlap portion when superposing a plurality of trays is formed so that, when a plurality of trays are superposed, the respective front surface and reverse surface surface-contact with each other, and a vibration-suppression member 40 is attached to at least a portion of the reverse surface of the plate-like object holding section which is a surface on which no plate-like object is placed. The vibration suppression member suppresses the vibration of the plate-like object in contact therewith in a state that a plurality of trays with the plate-like objects placed thereon are superposed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
